Government claim credit for winter...

So we've got Gordon Brown claiming credit for saving the world...genius. Now we've got "Government figures" claiming that tougher measures have reduced the number of knives on the streets by half. Over which period did this miraculous change take place I hear you ask? Why 4 months. Damn that's amazing. Which 4 months? January through May? February through June? Well...no. June through October. Does it take a rocket scientist to figure out that the height of summer will naturally see the amount of knives on the street rise? The number of people on the street rise, the number of pretty much everything rises. Ho hum. Without dealing in specifics, GUNS get realer as the days go on, last night for instance...like I said, no specifics.
