Moments after David Davis officially resigned from his post as MP for Haltemprice and Howden; the Labour Party have announced that they will not contest the seat. David Davis was very clear in his reasoning, he wanted to let the people decide whether or not they feel 42 days (6 weeks) in an acceptable amount of time to be held with no charge in the name of protection. Gormless doesn't think anybody deserves a say on the matter of freedom and while he slipped a further 3 points behind in the polls apparently the best thing for him to do is to run with his tail between his legs. England loses again.
